​One Story 13,850 square foot facility. Spaces include Lobby/Reception area, Gymnasium, Administrative office, Break room, Meeting rooms, Restroom Areas, Custodian and Storage rooms . 
HVAC design included Single Package Variable Air Volume (VAV) Roof Top Units with Fan-powered  VAV boxes serving each meeting rooms, air distribution system with zoning to accommodate building occupancy and solar exposure. Exhaust system for restrooms. 

​Electrical design included  lighting system, power system.  Fire alarm system included fire alarm devices and controls. 

Plumbing design included sanitary sewer system, cold water system, hot water system, vent system.  Fire protection system consisted of a complete automatic sprinkler system wet pipe type.
