​Electrical Engineer; responsible for concepts, design development and contract documents of the Electrical portions of projects.  Responsible for quality control of drawings and specifications.  Personally involved in the coordination of electrical documents with those of Architectural, Mechanical, Plumbing and other disciplines.  Extensive experience in engineering, design and specification and construction administration of electrical power, distribution systems, lighting, lighting controls, fire alarm systems, standby power generation systems and UPS.  Specialties include designs for educational, institutional, government, commercial and religious facilities.

President, Principal-In-Charge; responsible for managing a multi-discipline design team with multiple projects including Engineers and Engineering Technicians.  Responsible for all aspects of project management including project schedules, quality control of MEP drawings and specifications, technical liaison with Architects and Clients.  Responsible for development of new client markets, maintaining existing client relationships and negotiation of fees.  Extensive experience in engineering, selection of equipment, design and specification, and construction administration of heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems.  Specialties include project management, and heating, ventilation and air conditioning design for educational, institutional, municipal, commercial and religious facilities.  Marina's interest include green initiatives as it pertains to MEP industry.

​Plumbing Engineer; responsible for concepts, design development and contract documents of plumbing portions of projects.  Responsible for job observation, calculations, system design and coordination with other disciplines.  Extensive experience in engineering, selection of equipment, design and specification, and construction administration of cold and hot water systems, sanitary sewer, grease sanitary sewer systems, vent, gas and air systems.  Specialties include designs for educational, institutional, government, commercial and religious facilities.
