Southside Place City Hall

The new City Hall for a Houston suburb is designed as a community gateway. The 14,000 square foot program includes offices for the City Manager and staff; a Council Chamber, which also serves as the Municipal Court; Police Department, including 911 emergency operations, dispatching, booking and holding cells; and Fire Department with a garage for two pumper trucks. 
HVAC design included single packaged air conditioning units with humidity control, temperature control system, air distribution system and exhaust system.  Plumbing included new sanitary sewer system, cold and hot water system, vent system.  Electrical design included lighting system, power system, new fire alarm system.
